Meet Charley

Hi, I’m Charley! My love for pre and postnatal fitness comes from my own journey after having my son, so I really understand what it’s like to navigate the changes your body goes through. I’m a Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 personal trainer, with specialist qualifications in postnatal and menopause fitness, and I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage of life.

My sessions are completely tailored to you — your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. I focus on building strength, balance, and confidence, while making sure we have a bit of fun along the way (music and laughs included!). There’s nothing I love more than seeing clients feel proud of what they can achieve and embracing their fitness journey with positivity and confidence.

Outside of training others, I love staying active myself — from weightlifting and running to spinning, group classes, and outdoor workouts. I bring this energy and passion for movement into every session, helping clients find the types of exercise that they genuinely enjoy.
