    Absolutely. Whether you’re new to training or returning after some time away, I’ll guide you every step of the way with patience, clear instruction, and a focus on building confidence as well as strength.

    You can train in a private, fully equipped gym in Balham or Clapham (SW4/SW12), enjoy the convenience of mobile personal training at your home or local park, or follow a bespoke online coaching plan through my easy-to-use app.

    If we’re training in the gym, everything you need is already provided. For mobile sessions, I’ll bring the necessary equipment. For online coaching, I’ll tailor your program to what you have access to, whether that’s a full gym or just a pair of dumbbells at home.

    Your personalised plan is delivered and managed through an app, complete with video demonstrations, nutritional guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and direct support via WhatsApp. It’s designed to keep you accountable and motivated wherever you are.

    Yes. I’m qualified in pre and postnatal as well as peri and post-menopause fitness, so every session is safely adapted to your stage of life, supporting strength, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
